The story behind Sleep Well?
I started to create this ambient soundscape a little while ago when Kat was saying she needed to relax and rest, fall asleep easily. I noticed people having difficulty saying the same - I guess it is this hectic society we live in. So I created the initial track as a 25 minuter. Testing it out people saying they wanted it looped and please could it be longer. I chose not to release it, to work on it some more. I didn't want to loop it, there is so much of that out there on youtube so I made it an extended instrumental 3 track album. Track one like a lullaby melody, track two the same theme and even slower and more abstract to deepen and track three, deeper still. Delta and Theta frequencies form the base structure, piano and synth ambient soundscape. Available only on Bandcamp as download as I feel there is no point playing healing music online- we want to get away from all that wifi right?
I hope this helps people - great background music - very relaxing, good for meditation, ceremony, power nap in the afternoon, last thing before bedtime really does entrain the brain with binaural Delta/Theta and pace so not the thing for driving.
